When my hubby walked in the door with roses for Valentine's Day my eyes lit up. It's been months since I have had fresh flowers in my home. I couldn't stop sniffing them...with my eyes closed as I savored their heavenly aroma. I am itching for Spring already so I can plant flowers again. Realizing that my roses would soon wilt, I of course had to get out my camera to capture their momentary beauty. Here's some of my favs. These were taken with my Canon 50mm f/2.5 Compact Macro Lens
